THE SPACE:

Completely renovated in September 2015 with great taste Italian, the apartment ALMA LIVIA is located in the heart of Monteverde.
Spacious and bright, equipped with every comfort and fine furnishings, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with kitchen.
Each bathroom has a shower,it’s complete with sink, toilet, bidet and equipped with fine terry towels, hair dryer and toiletries.
For guests there are a triple room (queen-size and a single bed), a double (queen-size bed) and a twin.

Tastefully decorated, the rooms offer wooden ergonomic beds, memory foam mattresses, LED TV, free wifi, strongbox, air conditioning, heating and sheets.
In the bright living area it is available a large kitchen with all appliances, microwave, kettle and espresso machine as well as all kinds of pots and dishes.
Guests can also dine on the large private terrace in front of the living area.

Thanks to its central and strategic position you can easily reach the ancient district of Trastevere, known for its nightlife and charming restaurants, the Janiculum, the Basilica of San Pietro, Campo de 'Fiori, Piazza Venezia, the Old Town with the most important monuments of Rome such as the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

Express trains to Fiumicino Airport and to Termini station. Closer to Villa Pamphili, the largest park in Rome, Viale Marconi, a popular shopping street, San Camillo Hospital and Children's Hospital Bambino Gesù.

You can arrange itineraries, transportation to and from airports and stations, rental cars, scooters and bicycles.
